How to Learn Business English
The automotive industry is now truly global, with many alliances, common platforms and certainly thousands of air miles! More and more Japanese and Koreans need to communicate in English with their counterparts in the U.S., UK and Europe. English is a universal language - the other day I went on a British road, with a Turkish guest, spoke on his cell phone to a Vietnamese counterparts in France, built on a project for a French customerby a German company: They spoke English.
I have found in numerous conversations with foreign colleagues, SA, discuss various international projects to only communicate with my colleagues struggle with ideas to see in English.
Thus we have identified the need - it is very real and immediate - what's the solution? There are a number of things that examine an employer if you can speak to his people, write and understand English practice, as it is spoken in the internationalMarketplace:
1. Instruction in the workplace.
These have the advantage of being flexible, local, and relatively inexpensive, and that several people can be "trained" at a time. The disadvantages are that students are easily distracted, is on site, or that they are not taught by a native, and certainly, that there were significant differences between sessions, with little opportunity for practice.
2. Teaching in an English school.
Participation in these, often in their ownTime employees to show commitment to the learning process, and learn (often by native speakers) in classes with different sizes and abilities.
3. Teach Yourself.
This route takes real commitment, but not flexible enough - you learn what to implement on the tape - and where you can see in practice?
4. Find out in a "foreign" country - in a language school
There are many language schools exist, in different parts of the United Kingdom, where students can learn in different group sizes, and alsoOne-on-one. Students usually with host families or in hotels and boarding houses, if they do not remain lectures / classes.
5. Find out in a "foreign" country - in a teacher's home
We offer this service - while a little more expensive than all other options, the student individually tailored English classes, one-on-one with a native speaker. A lot of conversation practice, individual attention, learning in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere.
